The experience of a pilgrimage
Go on pilgrimage to Holy
Land or in sanctuaries cities is an experience which can change
your life
It is also difficult to describe the happiness felt
during this unique spiritual adventure.
As they literally follow
the footsteps of Jesus Christ or the meeting of the Virgin Mary, some pilgrims feel their
routes as a way to get closer to Jesus
or Mary, or to discover the foundations of their Christian faith.
Others
evoke
passionate feelings that procured them their mission as a bridge
for peace and reconciliation between peoples, or of belonging to this
rich mosaic of history inspired by their religious pilgrimage.
If
the experience of pilgrimage is fundamentally individual, she manages
to gather the believers in Christ,
faith and contribution to the preservation of precious Christian
heritage.
The pilgrimage is a Biblical and Coranic process. It is rooted in the tradition of the patriarchs and prophets, it finds its meaning in the person of Jesus Christ and the Prophet Muhammad. (May Allah bless and greet).
"Words are the light of my steps and a lamp to my path" (Psalm 118, 105)
The destination of the pilgrim can be the Holy Land, Assisi, Lourdes, Fatima, Jerusalem or Mount Sinai, and Saudi Arabia, his food will be foremost Words of God.
Pilgrims of the world is in the process of a Biblical pilgrimage. Whatever the destination, Words of God are the essential food, the manna in the desert, the light on the road, the guide who leads.
